Attorney Elayne M. Conrique earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida and obtained her Florida Bar license in 2002.
Prior to starting the firm, Attorney Conrique was in-house counsel for a Commercial Real Estate Enterprise and focused on Transactional Real Estate and Title Insurance. Witnessing people losing their homes in the downturn of the global economic crisis in 2009, Attorney Conrique decided to start her own firm and broadened her practice to include litigation matters including Foreclosure Defense, Debt Defense and Consumer Bankruptcy. She witnessed first-hand how homeowners were left to deal with the consequences of the poor lending practices of large financial institutions. Filing bankruptcies and defending foreclosure actions on behalf of her clients became the focus of her practice in order to help her clients save their homes and regain control of their finances.
Attorney Conrique has always been driven by the desire to help others. She enjoys working hard to help clients understand and balance their legal and financial issues.
