Jennifer Moore

Chapter 13 Paralegal

Jennifer brings her outstanding attention to detail, unflappable demeanor, and keen understanding of complex issues to her role supporting the firm’s attorneys and providing excellence in client services.

Jennifer is a Florida Bar Register Paralegal.   Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2012.   Jennifer has experience in Real Estate Title, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Short Sales, Modification and Probate matters.   Currently she focuses on Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filings and Mortgage Modifications.

A key part of Jennifer’s job is ensuring that every client receives the best possible representation. She makes it a point to stay current on all bankruptcy rules, as well as, all loss mitigation programs offered through FHA, VA, HAMP and others.  She plays a vital role supporting attorneys in a wide variety of work, including conducting research and preparing motions and memoranda.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys playing WOW and spending time with her dogs.

John Koliatsis


John joined the firm in 2018.  He possesses high standards and a commitment to excellence and makes it a priority to provide clients with exceptional legal assistance. His focus at the Firm is handling Chapter 7 Bankruptcy matters, as well as, Mortgage Modifications and Short Sales.  

He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, John honed his skills as a paralegal as a Legal Intern for the Guardian Ad Litum Program at the Orange County Legal Aid Office.

John is fluent in Spanish.  He plays a key role supporting attorneys in a variety of areas including, preparing bankruptcy petitions and handling mortgage modification and short sale matters. 

Outside of the office, John enjoys travelling, working out and spending time with friends.

Marian Rodriguez


Marian joined the Perez Conrique Law team in May of 2018. She is responsible for greeting clients, handling front office reception and various administrative duties, including billing and collections.   Marian came to the Firm with a wide variety of experience in customer service including, front desk, order management, and Gate Agent experience.

Marian is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Marian enjoys cooking, ice skating and spending time with family and friends.
